Etoile is a haute cuisine and patisserie school founded by the multi-award winning chef Rossano Boscolo in 1985. Etoile has been managing the food service of Boscolo Hotels, supervising and signing the culinary proposals offered in the bars and restaurants of the chain. Today it has turned into Etoile Academy, a campus whose professional certifications are acknowledged at European level. To this day Etoile has trained about 30,000 professionals.
