PaolaPrata is a landmark in the fashion industry. On the market for over thirty years, the brand is distributed through single brand boutiques and outlets. Started as a small studio in the centre of Padua, it now counts on dozens of shops all over Italy. The style of its clothing, shoes and accessories is particularly appreciated by women.
The company, headed by Gualtiero Salvadori, is socially committed in fund raising in favour of muscular dystrophy (a degenerative disease affecting 5,000 people in Italy alone) research, which is represented by UILDM, a non-profit organization to which part of the company’s proceeds is donated.
The initiatives born to boost solidarity shopping in its stores included the contest “PaolaPrata in 500”, whose winner received a FIAT 500 as a prize.
